Saturn is a case sealer for water activated tape designed for taping a set of boxes of the same size, suggested to be integrated into an automatic line. The adjustment to the box size is manual, but simple and fast.

The box is introduced through automatic conveyor or through operator with the upper flaps open. The machine automatically sticks on the water activated tape above and below, sealing the box.

Mercury is a case sealer for water activated tape designed for taping a set of boxes of the same size. The adjustment to the box size is manual, simple and fast. The box is manually introduced after the upper flaps are closed by the operator. The machine automatically sticks on the water activated tape above and below, sealing the box.

The Mercury case sealer is the first machine able to support the brand-new Compact taping units, simple to use, small and interchangeable with adhesive tape units.

CG 25 è una nastratrice per carta gommata realizzata per nastrare una serie di scatole di ugual misura. La regolazione alle dimensioni delle scatole è manuale ma semplice e veloce: la scatola viene introdotta manualmente dopo aver ripiegato (chiuso) le falde superiori, la macchina stenderà automaticamente la carta sopra e sotto, sigillando le scatole.

CG50 ST is a semi-automatic adjusting water-activated tape case sealer made for taping cardboard boxes of different sizes from each other. The box is introduced manually after folding (closing) the top flaps.
The machine will semi-automatically adjust to the size of the box and spread the water-activated underneath and on top. By means of a device, it is possible to keep the machine sized to the format and thus quickly tape a quantity of equally sized boxes.

CG60 is an automatic self-regulating machine for gummed paper and has been designed to tape cardboard boxes of different sizes. These must arrive with the upper flaps already folded and kept in position by one or more metal staples, glue or other means. The spaced insertion of the boxes, the machine’s regulation to the size of the box inserted and the sticking on of the gummed paper above and below are fully automatic.

This taping machine for water-activated tape has been designed for taping sets of boxes of equal size. The machine receives the filled boxes coming from one or more lines via idler or powered roller beds. The spaced insertion of the boxes, the closing of the upper flaps and the sticking on of the water-activated tape above and below are fully automatic. Operator intervention is only required to adjust the machine to the box size. This very simple operation does not take more than 60 seconds.
